One Manga is Closing Down!!!

What a historical event here, I was a big fan of www.onemanga.com for more than 5 years. I like all their manga source like Naruto, One Piece, Bleach, and the rest. They always fast in updating the weekly shonen jump with good quality, the main reason is due to license problem to view all the scans.

But good news to all that onemanga is not totally closed, they are in the process to removing the online reading component to another site (hopefully). The forum site is still open and working as usual.

The last update was since July 31, 2010 before it finally stops viewing all the manga scans. For sure I will miss the site, it has been a great source of manga so far. I hope the onemanga team member like Zabi and Hyko will always be there.

STOP DOING THING THAT YOU DO NOT LIKE!!

What are the things that you do not like? Do you like other people talking back and stabbing back on you, or you do not? Whatever the question the answer must be from you, just remember The Golden Rule. Treat people like you want them to treat you, it is a win win situation where you invest to other people at no cost. There will be no big return in short term period, but in return you will have a potential return on that investment.

This time I want to bring to you a very wonderful story that made me thinking and laughing. This story was taken from Success Mastery Academy by Brian Tracy about two construction workers having lunch. As they open up their lunch boxes, Joe totally “flips out” that his lunch is a sardine sandwich and goes on about how much he hates sardine sandwiches. In turn Bob offers to share his tuna sandwich with Joe, but Joe insists it will be okay; but he just can’t stand sardine sandwiches. Well, the next day at lunch as they open their lunch boxes, Joe again gets very upset that his lunch contains a SARDINE sandwich. He can’t believe it since he hates sardine sandwiches so much. Then, believe it or not, on the third day as they open up their lunch box, again there it is, a sardine sandwich. By now Bob has had it and says to Joe “If you hate sardine sandwiches so much tell your wife to quit making them and to give you something else”, at which time Joe tells Bob, “Oh, I’m not married, I make my own lunch every day”.

What a wonderful story and unique lesson to learn, I hope you enjoy the story.

How to Write English Sentences

Vigorous writing is concise. A sentence should contain no unnecessary words, a paragraph no unnecessary sentences, for the same reason that a drawing should have no unnecessary lines and a machine no unnecessary parts. This requires not that the writer make all his sentences short, or that he avoid all detail and treat his subjects only in outline, but that every word tell. By William Strunk Jr. in Elements of Style.

Before you write an English sentence some decisions have to be made.

1. What is the single or complete thought that you are stating, describing, explaining or asking.

2. What type of sentence best matches your thought: declarative, imperative, interrogative or exclamatory.

3. Which of six basic English sentence construction formats best suits your sentence.

1. No Verb Complement
2. Direct Object Verb Complement
3. Indirect and Direct Object Verb Complements
4. Predicate Nominative Verb Complement
5. Predicate Adjective Verb Complement
6. Direct Object and Objective Complement

For our example of English sentence writing we will start with a basic thought.

Ross teaches.

This is a simple subject and verb sentence and states the core of my thought. This core sentence subject and verb can be added to, modified, or enhanced. We can change the subject by exchanging the noun Ross for a pronoun He.

He teaches.

We can modify the sentence to provide a more accurate expression of my thought by adding an article, adjective, demonstrative, possessive or a combination to the subject.

The older Ross teaches.
The blonde Ross teaches.

We can modify the sentence to provide a more accurate expression of my thought by changing the verb tense.

Ross will teach. - add "will" to create a future tense
Ross has taught. - add "has" to create a perfect tense

We can modify the sentence to provide a more accurate expression of my thought by adding an adverb.

He teaches well.
He teaches thoroughly.

We can modify the sentence to provide a more accurate expression of my thought by adding a phrase.

Ross teaches in the college.
Ross teaches in Canada and the USA.

We can modify the sentence to provide a more accurate expression of my thought by adding a clause.

Ross was teaching when the rainstorm began.
Ross was teaching when the hockey playoff's started.

We can modify the sentence to provide a more accurate expression of my thought by adding an object.

Ross teaches students.
Ross teaches adults.

We can modify the sentence to provide a more accurate expression of my thought by adding adjectives to describe the object.

Ross teaches international students.
Ross teaches international business professionals.

We can modify the sentence to provide a more accurate expression of my thought by adding phrases to describe the object.

Ross teaches international students from Asia and Europe.
Ross teaches international business professionals from large multi-national corporations.

We can modify the sentence to provide a more accurate expression of my thought by adding clauses to enhance the object.

Ross teaches international students from Asia and Europe that booked classes directly from his website.

The process of writing an English sentence is much easier when the writer starts with a basic thought and systematically uses all the English writing tools to accurately express the complete thought.

One advanced English writing skill is understanding when one thought is really two thoughts that should be expressed separately. The following is an example:

(Incorrect - Ross teaches international students that booked classes directly from his website in Canada from Asia and Europe.)

(better as two sentences) Ross teaches international students from Asia and Europe in Canada. Ross' students booked classes directly from his website.

One Piece

One piece is my favorite manga and the best so far in my opinion, i really like the drawing, story line which is full of humor, and the dynamic and vary of characters. Oda Eiichiro is for me a wise mangka that can bring new ideas and resolution in bringing, Oda was born in Kumamoto on 1st January 1975 well known as manga creator. More about him can be found at wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eiichiro_Oda

One Piece is a real master piece, the main character is Monkey D Luffy, who was inspired by pirate Shank-Red Haired. Luffy has a big dream to be a Pirate King so he can explore all the ocean freely, with the ability of rubber man from eating "gomu gomu fruit" (so called devil fruit in the story) he started his journey to become The Pirate King. He gathered strong, clever, unique, strange, funny, and the most important loyal nakama (team mate/crew/friend) along in his journey.

By putting another elements in the story like family and brotherhood makes more excitements and hot climax on reading the manga. Millions of One Piece loyal fans including me are just cannot wait another week for new chapter every time we finished reading any latest chapter. I can feel the love, hatred, unfairness, compassion, struggle, and strong will for the freedom and justice that everyone is looking for in the manga. It iss a mirage of what is happening in real world where everyone is fighting for their own freedom, especially in finance freedom that makes people up and down in their life.

It is indeed a great story that i highly recommend you to read, there are several website that provide free online reading for One Piece together with many other popular manga like Naruto, Bleach, Toriko, and so on.. Please find the website as below:-

1. http://www.onemanga.com
2. http://www.mangastream.com
3. http://www.mangahut.com
4. http://www.mangafox.com

All the chapters for One Piece can be read from above suggested websites, i hope you will enjoy and please give some thought on it.
